Bemidji Public Library Presents Gardening at the Library
The Bemidji Public Library and the Bemidji Garden Club are thrilled to announce a special event for all garden enthusiasts! On Friday, July 21st at 3:00 pm, come and join us at the library located at 509 America Avenue, Bemidji, for Gardening at the Library - an event that's perfect for kids and families alike. Discover the beauty of native flowers and pollinators as we explore the library's front gardens!
As we all know, birds and insects are facing challenges adapting to our changing world. But, did you know that there are certain plants and flowers we can cultivate here in northern Minnesota to help them? In this free program, we'll learn about the best plants and flowers to put in our environment to support the key parts of our ecosystem. Get ready to get your hands dirty and bring your gloves and water bottles for this outdoor event Friday, July 21, at 3:00 p.m.
But wait, there's more! The Bemidji Public Library is packed with fun and educational activities for all ages as part of our summer reading program, Find Your Voice. On July 21st, you won't want to miss All About Eagles and Gardening at the Library. And on July 28th, we're excited to showcase our talented community with a talent show! With so many exciting events happening, you won't want to miss a single one!
Our library is dedicated to providing our community with access to the best resources and services. From WIFI to fax, printing, copying, and our legal kiosk, we're committed to helping our patrons. This event and many others are made possible through the generosity of the Friends of the Bemidji Public Library, who work tirelessly to support our mission.
