Enjoy an outdoor Story Time at Heartland Park in Shelter #3, downtown Park Rapids. Stories and activities for preschool age children and the adults who care for them. School age siblings are welcome. In case of rain or stormy weather, off-site Story Times will be moved to the library's meeting room.
