Korean Hotdish
October 19, 2021 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Korean Hotdish
The Bemidji Public Library is pleased to partner with Harmony Food Co-Op to present Korean Hotdish, a Minnesota take on Korean cuisine. Join librarian Ara Gallo and learn how to cook three different Korean dishes, with a Minnesota twist, that you can make in your kitchen in as much time as it takes a rice cooker to work its magic. Join us in person at Harmony, 302 Irvine Ave, Bemidji, or online on the Bemidji Public Library Facebook page, Tuesday, October 19, at 5:30 p.m.
The class starts at 5:30 pm in Harmony’s Community Kitchen and all materials are provided to learn to make three Korean based dishes from Minnesota seasonal produce. The cost of the event is only $15.00 for in person, or you can watch at home at https://www.facebook.com/BemidjiPublicLibrary. Sign up either in-store at the Harmony Front desk or online at harmonyfoods.coop/classes-events. For any questions or concerns please contact education specialist Kate Egelhof at education@harmonyfoods.coop or 218-751-2009 extension 107.
Masks are required for all Harmony classes.
