100 Things to Do in The Minnesota Northwoods Before You Die
October 16 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
The Bemidji Public Library is pleased to welcome author Julie Jo Larson as she discusses her book 100 Things to Do In The Minnesota Northwoods Before You Die. Come join us on Saturday, October 16, at 3.pm. at the Bemidji Public Library, 509 America Avenue, Bemidji.
Up in the land where Paul Bunyan statues are big and the tall tales about him are even bigger, lie some of Minnesota’s most beautiful resort communities. This is the land of 10,000 lakes and truly untouched wilderness surrounding Bemidji, Cass Lake, and Blackduck, among others, otherwise known as Minnesota’s Northwoods. Though only the hearty live here year round and the winter averse just vacation here in the summer, there’s still no shortage of activities and sights to fill your itinerary, no matter the season. Come down to the library and learn about all there is to do in the Northland, October 16 at 3:00 p.m.
The Bemidji Public Library is committed to providing the community with informational resources to enrich their lives. The library is open from 9/7 Monday through Thursday and 9/5 Friday and Saturday and provides a wide range of services to its patrons including WIFI, fax, printing, copying and our new legal kiosk. This program, and many others, is made possible through the Minnesota Legacy Amendment that supports the arts, culture, and heritage of Minnesota.
