Directions to Branch: From Highway 71 N. turn east on Summit Avenue, go three blocks and turn south on
First St. SE.
Brief History: The Blackduck Community Library has changed locations four different times. We are now located in a new building built for the library in 1999. This new building was provided by the City of Blackduck, Blackduck Telephone Company, and the Blandin Foundation.
Story time hours:
In the summer every other
Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
Local Library Board Meetings:
Second Tuesday of each month at
the library, starting at 6:30 p.m.
Special Events:
Summer Reading Program at the Blackduck Community Library
Every Wednesday morning: crafts, games, prizes, and snacks!
Wednesday, July 9th: "Wash Your Hands and Have a Snack!
Starts at 9:30am
Wednesday, July 16th: Naturalist Program.
Preschoolers - 9:30am. School-agers - 10:30am.
Wednesday, August 6th: CHEF ROBERTO'S MAGICAL COOKING SHOW
Performance - 10:30am at Wayside Rest. Everyone invited!
